LogiCamms Limited ABN 90 127 897 689 ("LCM") lodged a prospectus (“Prospectus”) with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission ("ASIC") on 30 October 2007.

The Prospectus relates to the offer of 10,000,000 new shares at $1.00 per share in LCM to raise $10,000,000 (“the Offer”).

During the exposure period, which is a period of seven days from the date of lodgement or such other period (not exceeding 14 days after the lodgement date) as ASIC may require, the posting of the Prospectus on this website does not constitute any offer of shares in LCM.

Following the expiry of the exposure period, the Offer described in the Prospectus is available to persons receiving the electronic version of this Prospectus. Shares in LCM will only be issued on the basis of a printed application form issued together with the Prospectus.
