Can I still have popup windows appear when I need them?
Because many tools are available that block popup windows, there is no single way to disable the blocking function and allow particular popup windows to appear. A computer may also have multiple popup blockers installed, each with a different method to temporarily disable its blocking. Holding the Ctrl key when clicking a link or button will temporarily disable most popup blockers. If popup windows are still blocked, the popup blockers must be disabled manually. Most popup blockers appear as toolbars at the top of the browser window.
